Ainterol recommends the use of their PM breast cream and/or their PM spray with their PM capsules to improve results. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this combination? Is it worth the extra money? Does it speed up the process or just feel like a nice breast massage? Your input is appreciated.

I recommend using the Ainterol powder instead of the pills. It just seems to work better and be stronger. It's cheap too.

I eat it 3 times a day
And then I just took some of the powder and mixed it with some cocoa butter and rub that into my skin.

If you got extra money to burn or are just curious, I say give the breast cream or spray a trial run. I've gotten good results with just the capsules. I think a number of other members have had similar results with the capsules or powder or whatever.
Trying something new like this might be a very insight experience for your NBE journey. While the addition of a topical solution might help your growth get going again if you've stalled, don't expect it to supercharge your breast development. Bear in mind it's your body that has the final say with how fast and how much breast development you'll achieve.

Hi,
I have been using both the cream and spray over the last 3 months. There have been days where I tell myself it's working enhancing the PM capsules then the very next day ( as so to speak ) it has regressed !
The decision must lie with your own choice but I for one will probably not re-order when it runs out unless there is marked change in growth. I have approximately 2 months supply left at the current usage.
Hope this info helps and not cause you even more dilemma

Although I use the capsule and spray together, mine comes from Puraria UK, not the Ainterol products. My experience has been that the spray, massaged in until dry, has enhanced the effect of the capsules. Breast tissue, and its associated discomfort, has only grown when using both together. The shape of my boobs is improved too.
Give it a three month trial and see if it's as good for you too.
