Another question Lotus This is not work for me the best. :S:

My testo blocker seems week-> Licorice
My sex drive is relatively "to be" still,and the breast/butt development very slowly so far. I have swollen areolas for a week.And my butt grew a little. That's all.

The next that i take:

WP 2X vegetarian capsules
LC 1X (450 mg on second days and 2 days off after 10 days)
PM 2X 500 mg (in this time)
I leave Maca becouse my sex drive will be stronger,i can't feel the change,maybe Pc will be the soution)

I think the problem is that: I am young (26 years old) this way my testosterone level is high.
Perhaps it needs to increse the Lc Dosage(or testo blocker)(yes i know this is dangerous)
or Will i try beside menta or sp / instead of menta or sp higher dosage?

I'd say it's time to up the PM and AA.

AA-stands for anti-androgen, saw palmetto inhibits DHT but it also lowers E and reduces progesterone receptors (numerous studies posted see below) spearmint would be a better option. Although imo reishi (if you can get it) would do better, a study found that reishi mushrooms significantly reduced levels of 5-alpha reductase, preventing conversion of testosterone into the more potent DHT. I've also come across a statement about reishi being estrogenic, however I haven't been able to confirm it yet.

Saw palmetto-Beta-sitosterol is a natural alpha-adrenergic receptor blocker. Hi Larana,

All three are used as anti-androgens, reishi alone is ok, I believe it comes in 600mg, so figure starting at 2x daily and increase as needed. PM, WP, Reishi is all you need to start at this point.

If your looking for something that supports connective tissue and skin elasticity, MSM has those benefits. Collagen and Hyaluronic acid are slightly different, I've seen all them all offered together, it's expensive though, just make sure you check the quality and potency of each.
