Thoughts on blessed thistle

#1

Hello all,

It's been about 4 months since I started taking blessed thistle. It seems the herb has helped with improving my projection. Sometimes it feels like I may have to go shopping for tops that are more suited for a developing bustline. Blush

Despite this, my areloas still seem to be very puffy. I suppose I could try rubbing progesterone cream directly on my breasts to see if that makes a difference.

i believe blessed thistle is a galactagogue ( increases milk supply in/promotes lactation).

read additional herbs use to promote milk supply:

I take 4x 340 mg capsules each day. The brand I use is Nature's Way from Swanson Vitamins.

I think I achieved more projection from blessed thistle, though I suppose getting a second opinion on my progress would be helpful.
