An Overall Universal Question on PM

#1

Even with hours of searching, it's difficult to find answers. So I sincerely hope that members will help me (and my wife who wants to do this to me) with the following questions:
  • When you first started PM, how many weeks before you noticed a "physical" change (i.e. nipple soreness, change in areola, or increase in size)?
  • How many weeks until you first noticed breast buds?
  • Did your areola change in size - and was it before or after you noticed the breast buds?
  • How many weeks before you noticed your breasts were DEFINITELELY getting bigger?
  • Were these changes intoxicating confirmation that you wanted to continue the path with PM, or did they scare you?
We REALLY appreciate any input and insight on this, as the first part of this PM journey seems to be the most unpredictable and scariest.
THANKS!

I have just finished my first full week on PM only.
The first day I took 500mg to kick off. Sunday I started one in morning about 15 minutes before lite breakfast. By Tuesday I noticed a scent and color to my urine. Friday I added one in the early evening. Two a day is my plan for at least the first month.

Now for the other part. No soreness yet but, my nipples used to usually be "innie" most of the time. Now they are usually out and if not,can be brought out with some flicks of a finger. There is a nice sensations when I pinch them.
The right one especially.

I am so happy to be on my way and hope to at least gain some nice budding and larger aerolas.

Every person's body is different and thus their reaction to PM will be different. Some notice the effects within a few days, while others take notice in a few weeks or even months. Dosage of course will play a large part too.

For me changes started occurring within the first few weeks, where the overall breast area seemed a bit fuller to me and my skin was softer. It wasn't until about 5 weeks of taking PM that I started getting sore behind the nipples. By this time I was taking 2000 mg PM daily along with spearmint and saw palmetto.

If you have not read this thread, it might help answer some of your questions.... http://breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=21199

Yes, that link was very helpful especially in theory. But it's difficult to find everyone's personal experience without searching countless threads. I'm barely one week into PM, but my wife claims she is already starting to see changes in me - so I'm hopingBlush I might be on a faster development scale. She said my areolas are definitely darker and my breasts are more "out there" instead of sagging. Can't say whether there's been any real growth, but suddenly I enjoy taking a handful of my breast and massaging it. Can't remember there being enough there to do that. I'm starting to think that I'm nuts and changes cannot happen this fast, even on 2000+mg PM/day. So I was hoping to getting transitional experiences from others who unexpectedly found themselves on a fast growth track...

Glad to help. Just have patience, they will grow. Just like a young girl going through puberty, they take time to develop. Big Grin

I see you've been taking PM since January with remarkable progress in June, but no photos since. Have your breast buds developed or your areolas changed?

Breast buds were very prominent, as was the tenderness. Areolas definitely seem bigger than they were before starting PM, and the nipples are much more sensitive now than ever.

There have been no new pic since I stopped taking PM sometime in June. I had some issues of concern, and am waiting to see how my blood work and other medical scans look before starting again.

While I've lost some fullness, overall they still seem larger to me...and my wife loves playing with them! Big Grin

FOLLOWUP -- After a few weeks on PM, my wife (and I) had already noticed significant differences:
  • My breasts definitely seemed more full (a "handful" my wife said)
  • My chest size increased from 41.5" to 42.5"
  • My areolas had increased by ~3-4mm
  • My mood and temperament had changed.
It was that last change that caused us to stop the PM pills & creams, thinking we would never go back. I had lost my "desire" to be submissive and simply become passive. My urge for sex or teasing had almost disappeared. Neither of us liked that, which was unfortunate. I was starting to feel tender pain in the surrounding tissue behind the nipple which we surmised might be a precursor to "budding" - which is what we both really wanted to experience.

However, after a week off everything has returned to normal - mood-wise, not size-wise. Along with an almost insatiable desire to grow boobs... not big ones, just noticeable ones. So this morning she put me back on PM pills/cream and we'll see where another couple weeks takes us. But I'm also wondering if budding might be months rather than weeks off, even with the presence of tender subsurface pain.

I was on PM for about 2 years (or is it 18 months) before anything happened. It wasn't until I jumped from 2000 mg/day to 3000 mg/day that anything happened, and that took 2 months. I was also taking 1800 mg of FG 4x a day plus Now, at the same time, my thyroid medication was being increased, and a working thyroid is needed to get results. I now have lumps behind my nipples, and my moobs (I'm 50 and have had them since I was 7) are getting firmer. I'm off everything at the moment because of an upcoming eye surgery, but intend to resume after the surgery.

I have no idea if NBE has caused a loss in functionality or it has hastened a drop in my T levels because I lost my sex drive and my erections in 2005 from Effexor, and it hasn't returned despite not taking it since the end of 2006. My T level has been dropping for some time since before pursuing NBE, and my total T is just above 200. My free T is in the female range.

It is an interesting paradox for most males who are not planning to transition to female. PM causes breast growth, but tends to lower T enough that men get scared and want off, but then the desire for breasts goes up once the T levels go back up. It is T that drives the desire, but the answer to the desire, PM, causes a loss of that need/desire. Welcome to the nightmare. I decided to see this through to the end because the breasts mean more to me than erections, orgasms, and fertility. Effexor took all of that away from me long ago, so I may as well grow breasts so I can look better in a dress or nightie. Oh, yeah, I crossdress once in a while, but that desire is also driven by T. I think my issue was originally dopamine-related, and the T is a more recent development.

It IS an emotional roller coaster - wanting breasts so badly, and then losing some of the desire to cross dress or be submissive (just passive) to my wife after several weeks on PM.

My wife took comparison photos today which I want to post after figuring out how to downsize from 5mg to 500k :-) Less than 2 months in, and there is a very clear difference! But the feeling "in" the breast is the most amazing. My left breast is VERY sore, with a swollen areola and definite firm tissue accumulating behind the nipple where none existed before. If that's budding or not, it compels me to want to feel and squeeze my breasts throughout the day, almost like an obsession. It is making both me and my wife want to explore further down this path - even knowing there may not be a way back.
