I mostly make curry's from scratch but only occasionally ( yes I mean occasionally) I use the Pataks curry paste. Which is very good but I do feel my attempts have more depth of flavour.
I would be delighted if either of you would come and visit me here in Liverpool and bestow your culinary skills onto my taste buds.

Me too, but I'm not too skilled at making my own, and here in this corner of maritime Canada Indian restaurants are a bit thin on the ground. One did open only thirty miles away, but it wasn't outstanding and didn't last very long. The area is not quite as much of a culinary desert as it was when we first moved here, but going out for a meal still seems more effort than it is worth a lot of the time. In season we have plenty of locally caught lobster though.

I have been taking Puerara mirfica, fenugreek and saw palmetto, and am now a B cup, is there anything else I can take to get me to a C or even D cup?

Roberta if you seeing the growth don't change anything . Because everyone responds differently people chop and change the program to suit them . You might add noogling and massaging . Wishing you luck .
