I discovered this awesome site today, and I spent my whole day reading through it.
I need some professional help, so I don't ruin my body.
I want to enlarge my breasts, not for a huge size, just enlarge them to a size I can feel in bra, and keep it private to myself.... Maybe size A?
Also I want to get more sensitive nipples.
My main concern is my.. "equipment" down there, I don't want to shrink it, kill my sperms or erections , I enjoy them all.

PM is the herb I would recommend for breast enlargement. 2,000 mg is a baseline I would suggest for bio-males. As far as preserving functionality though, you'll be taking a gamble if you choose to pursue NBE. Speaking from my own experience, my libido has taken a major decline since I started NBE, but this is a non-issue for me. You could try going cold turkey with NBE herbs every now and then to keep a balance going for you, but that's no guarantee you'll succeed with both of your aims.

2,000 mg 100:1 tongkat ali is amazing for the balls, sperm, and general male function. That one is the best by far. Hard Rhino has some good rated stuff at Amazon. 6,000 mg L-arginine and Horny Goat Weed containing 150-700 mg icariin is also good for erections. For example 750 mg 20% icariin HGW for 150 mg icariin. But spread out the L-arginine or it might upset your stomach. HGW can be a little bit of a jittery/tiring stimulant so less may be better than more.
Anything hormonal like PM carries a risk of decreased male sexual function. If you must use PM, then there's a study that shows good rebound of male sexual function after stopping if you used ~500 mg or less. More than that not as much. And as pointed out that's below the typical baseline.
