I notice a new series starting on Sky Living that sounds interesting.

Forbidden Love. A collection of 5 documentaries exploring the different shapes that relationships can take in the modern world.

In the first of five programmes, a transgender couple tell their story while planning their nuptials. Jamie, the bride, was born a boy and Louis, the groom, was born a girl. They share their feelings in the run-up to their surgical procedures and their reactions to their post-op bodies, while also giving cameras access to their long-awaited humanist commitment ceremony.

In the second of five programmes we focus on the difficulties experienced within transgender relationships.


Forbidden Love: I Married a Cross-Dresser. Series 1 - 2. 10pm, Wednesday 19th November on Sky Living.



In the third of five programmes couples who met in a virtual world, in games such as World of Warcraft and Second Life, tell their digital fairy-tales.


Forbidden Love: Happily Ever Avatar. Series 1 - 3. 10pm, Wednesday 26th November on Sky Living.
