Anyway I just took my last 20mg shot, I LOVE the high dosage... Within an hour I can already feel my tits come to life Its gonna be all downhill for a while now though

I went with 20mg of Progynon Depot, 10mg/ml, a big 2 ml shot.... The 10 mg/ml concentration seems to have a slightly slower longer lasting release than the 20mg/ml concentration I just started on...

It seems like the more concentrated 20mg/ml formula (more E in 1/2 the amount of oil) spikes my E a lot higher faster and it also comes down a lot faster.... Likely due to 1/2 the amount of oil

I prefer the less concentrated version even if its just mostly psychological injecting MORE oil... I dont think so though, the more concentrated shot is different for sure.....

I'll find out in five days when I go with 10-14mg (havent decided yet) of the 20mg/ml Delestrogen.... Then five days after that I will do 7-10mg and then ride it out six days and do my lab test and see my doc... Hope its not too high for him but I will do what I gotta do regardless

Im quite sure Im way up there as far as levels go, more than 1000 and maybe 2000pg/ml most of the time with this regime.... Its been nice, I dont worry about anything knowing its all going right to the blood and truly bio identical E2 in the same physiological ratio as a young cis woman.... Ive felt GREAT so far anyway

Its gonna be interesting to cut it more than in half for a while... Im hoping it might shock things and get some more growth going... Im also hoping its not too high for my doc... I will work him HARD challenging any assumptions he might have on some "guideline" number VS my own well being and results though

I did get my spiro changed from 3 100mg pills 3 times daily to 3 50mg pills 3 times daily... Ive been going with 100mg a day splitting a 100mg pill for a couple weeks now with no signs of T poisoning ... Thats a pain and Im glad I dont have to that anymore

Im starting new insurance next year and its a private "gold" plan with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.... Im hoping for better prescription coverage soon, gonna be interesting to see how that all works out...

I still dont know for sure if they will cover SRS and possibly even my FFS I've found conflicting info on that, I even called a couple of times to ASK them.... NO FUN IF I can get it pre authorized they might do it, I got a MAJOR run around

From what I gather though I just need to meet the WPATH SOC and jump through all the hoops I gotta do anyway for the surgeon... Get 2 psychs and my OB/GYN and regular doc to write letters and its all of a sudden "medically necessary"... WHAT A RACKET I have mentioned to my psych more than a few times that that he's gonna have to start writing that letter SOON... My docs will do it Im sure....

Anyway I applied with them as "male" and my application was on hold... A very nice woman called to make sure that was correct and I explained the situation.... I wasnt sure I could put down female there YET... She said my application was accepted and I just have to write them a brief letter requesting to be listed as female.....

Well I liked Dr S, his office and his staff and Im going to begin the whole process next year to get a date set up... He needs 20% down to secure the date and thats gonna be towards the end of February... Hope the weather isnt too bad

I think its going to be worth it though and I will likely look MUCH better I think just the face and browlift will make a huge difference but ad in the the subtle feminization and its going to be a huge improvement...

He said he would do a complete forehead reconstruction and that my chin only need subtle rounding out of the squarishness... My nose isnt too bad as is but we discussed subtle changes there as well...

I go back and forth about doing the jaw and jaw muscle reduction...

I dont think I need it, Dr Mayer in Beverly Hills told me not to let anyone talk me into that... Dr Z said I need it but I guess I dissagree... After a long conversation with my Mom she says I shouldnt do the jaw but she agree's with everything else

Basically Dr Mayer and Dr Speigel are on the same page but Dr S will do a more aggressive brow reduction... Both use the open procedure... Dr S is 10K more than Dr M and Dr Z but both estimates from them didnt include the trach shave so add that in and I guess Dr S isnt really that much more...

So its scary and EXPENSIVE as hell but Im going for it

So I mentioned my Mom... It was GREAT to see her again....

She is totally behind me here and I cant tell you how good it felt to really talk heart to heart in person My step dad is of course uncomfortable but then again so am I, its just awkward with him
He's cool with it all though... So it was a great trip

My belly HURT LIKE HELL from about day 5 until a couple days ago after that "Coolsculpting"

Really I feel they are dishonest about the PAIN involved with this I mean I dont think anyone would do it if they knew going in how bad it is

Anyway all of the swelling is finally gone and the pain is still there but manageable... Its a very weird pain... Nerve damage, real bad pins and needles combined with numbness and a severe BURNING sensation!!!
Nothing helped, hot cold, compression, massage, nothing... I couldnt hardly sleep for a week... It was hard to sit still doing all the traveling I did and feeling like that

I think Im starting to see results though at least They say 2-4 months for the final result... It does seem a little flatter and my love handles smaller but it was SO swollen its hard to tell.... They did at least take a lot of before pics so that will be interesting to compare the result to...

Also my voice took a serious turn for the worst during my trip and Im just now recovering from it I mean it got REALLY bad, much better now but still it sucked... Its hard to believe its only been 6 weeks post op though and I was told to expect a long recovery... I guess its probably from overuse...

Dr Yeson who does a similar procedure in South Korea requires very limited use of the voice for two months...

Tough but I gotta be patient, I was told 3 months for the final result but subtle improvement for up to a year after surgery...

Just scary to have it be good then get so bad, apparently "normal" though

Finally my program...

Coming down from 20mg, then 14mg, then 10mg today... Next shot will be who knows Im gonna see my doc on the 5th next month...
My next shot should be on the 3rd... Im sure he's gonna want to do labs, that would show a peak level of E....

Probably do 5-6mg and tell him Im doing 10mg Or just tell him thats what his 7mg every 5days script looks like in the lab after 2 days at peak level.... Hope its not too high for him

Also seem to be good on 100mg spiro split morning/evening, still on Dutas and off the P for now during this controlled E crash....

Not too bad so far but I did try a little powdered PM yesterday, it still makes my boobs sore even with the E Im on

Of course the shot this morning has em going just fine for now I will probably add some PM going into zero hour though, it does seem to help anyway...

Also started taking a womens multivitamin and additional vitamin C 1000mg and vitamin D 2000 IU and Ive been taking one 600mg Fenugreek cap daily....
