Wow, vertigo. I won't be able to fly again... At least w/out an airplane.
Eva, what I meant to say was this: what I find fascinating others may not lol, and along the way I've convinced myself I'm missing something, call it a key piece of evidence or info just lurking somewhere out there that will unlock the whole secret of growing boobs.
Oh yeah, it's beyond OCD at this point lol
and maybe the drive comes from an ad-based industry that people looking to make a buck from the honest people who just want to grow some boobies, throw in feminizing too. I just want answers...... but, in the meantime?, I think we have more tools in our tool-box than before.
(I will delete that stupid pic lol, the point was its all done by hypnosis)

So true ia,
But the more you look into these thing you start to understand some links, for instance,
Something called "intercellular pathways" or in other words how hormones travel to the receptors. A visual always helps me see the process, and this one does explain in some detail compared to others I've seen.

For me, I'd pick these listed below, but I'd also add 1-2 tablespoons of coconut oil. (Which is a saturated fat, a healthy one imo).
14 halves of walnuts
2 tablespoons of flaxseed
1 can of tuna
Avocados are GREAT for healthy fats and OMG they are delicious. The thing to watch out for with Omegas is the breakdown process. From what I understand 3 breaks down into 6 and 6 breaks down into 9. Too much Omega 9 is, just like everything else, not so good. Of course I could be dead wrong too.
While I always try to get my Omegas from food first (Scottish Brislings are convenient, but wild caught Salmon is preferred) my supplement of choice is Barleans Essential Woman (soft gels)

Thank you Spoked and Elaine,
Ready to have your mind blown today?,
Coconut oil is an 5 alpha reductase inhibitor, so much in fact it's about the same in terms of percentage of saw palmetto.
Prolactin (molecule, in specifically) inhibits DHT.
Fatty Acids are 5 alpha inhibitors and pro-aromatase
From that knowledge Fenugreek should be considered an 5 ar inhibitor (anti-DHT) for its prolactin influence.
And the crowd goes crazy!.

I think I stumbled upon a secret formula (theoretically, of course). Now if can get some crowd funding, a lab fully equipped & w/some science geeks, lol hey it's a start right. On the other hand (reality) there's an at home method I'll try first lol.
