I will be ordering the rest of my program list probably Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on when I go out to pay my bills. Once those are paid then the rest will (hopefully) be ordered when I get home. I do expect the HRT medications to not arrive for 3-5 weeks because they are coming from India so.. *shrugs* Those likely won't be added to my program until next month.

But.. I am dancing in my chair happy that I will really be starting into the serious side of my program very soon.

Thanks Lotus, though I do regret selling my flute a little bit... But it was a E# BASS flute and the fingering for me was too wide, I was always missing the last three holes and making squeals and breaks while playing. My G# and A# flutes are easier and more inline with my hand and finger size, though the last hole of the G# is still a slight issue for me as my finger often only half covers the hole during playing and it tries to sound like a pair of cats mating. But... *shrugs* I was offered $200.00 for my Bass flute and I only paid $210 for it so it wasn't really a bad deal for me. Had to buy groceries or I would have bought all the other supplements listed as well, but ya can't eat the air in an empty cupboard so... I bowed to expediency.

Did you have to provide a script for your hrt? If not, where did you get it from?

You can buy HRT medications online, however depending on the country you live in, you might have more or less difficulty having them delivered. The place I got to now is

I found their prices to be quite reasonable and while most of the HRT meds are generics or licensed types for the countries in specific so the names are different, it s the same medication type as the brand names really.

As I was told so shall I tell you, don't order more than a 3 month supply as you are likely to get flagged by your countries customs department.

My order has arrived. The BO, Prog cream, multi-vit, calcium and coconut oil got ere just a few ago.. and I have already used them all LOL. The breast massage of the prog cream was fun and I look forward to doing it again. Especially as my nipples have gained in sensitivity and now tend to stay erect with the PM I have been taking. Once I am out of the PM it will be BO only. I'm going to dose down to 2 drops of PM 2x daily for a cpl days then down to 1 drop 2x daily until the rest is gone. *dances happily* Onward.. to adventure!

Ok so... I now have all the supplements I ordered except the additional bottles of BO which are currently back ordered.

Bovine Ovary 250mg 2x daily (will ramp up 250mg once a week until I reach 1000mg and then hold there for a while and see how things go, I may go up more if my body fails to react to the BO at that level after a cpl months)

Progesterone cream massage 2x-3x weekly (feels great, lotsa tingling)

Multi-Vitamin 2x daily (she's a goodun mate!)

Calcium Citrate 2x daily (It should give me approx 80% RDA)

Coconut Oil 1 Tablespoon 3x daily (Disolved into 1 cup of boiling hot water... it isn't bad actually)

Vitamin C 2000mg daily (I took one and then decided to take another... for some odd reason i BIT into the capsule and broke it open... GAG!!!)

Flax seed oil 1000mg 2x daily Basically replaces the previous Omega 3-6-9 I purchased)

Green Tea liquid extract 2 droppers full 1x daily (gads that stuff taste terrible).

I have successfully eliminated coffee from my diet. I am going down to the health food store later and picking up some spearmint tea in the raw so I will be adding 5+ cups of that a day to my diet as well. Let the boobie growth begin!

Ok something I have discovered. By itself Green tea liquid extract (from Swansons) Tastes HORRIBLE by itself. So what I have taken to doing is taking my 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil, and my GTLE and putting them in the same cup, and then pouring boiling water over both. This makes a kind of pale tea looking fluid that I then drink. Taste wise, it makes the GTLE much more palatable and I get my coconut oil, and extract at the same time..

The vitamins and such I am taking is making me feel much better than i have in a long time... but one of the unwanted side effects of that is I am also hornier than I have been in years. So I ramped up my dosage of BO from it's current 750mg a day to 1500mg a day to try to reduce or eliminate my libido. That increasing is the LAST bloody thing I want as I already have a massive sex drive to begin with :-(

Did the same thing for me for about 1 week. Then it went away.

I'm using a 50/50 mix of BO and PM powder.
