Hello for the longest time I always wanted to be a girl. Caroline Cossey was like a heroine to me. But I feel now I really need to become a woman I intend to transition to female. I have S/p and PM what doses should I start at to get things going. I would like to feminize as much as I can and leave the male world behind. Looking forward to blossom into a woman.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Smile

I think the general recommendation is start out slow. You want to build up to higher dosages. When you reach the higher dosages, I've seen mixed and match as to how they take their dosages. Personally I am spacing my pills out throughout the day. Your body can only absorb so much, so I figure 4 times daily will be my ideal regiment. Everyone's different, and this isn't an exact science.

I recall reading posts from Robin. She went the herbal route to complete transition. Check out how she started and maybe you can follow something similar and adjust accordingly to how your body responds.

Good luck with your transition!

Hi Sarah,
I too welcome you to this lovely forum and it's even more lovely participants. MyBoobs hit the nail on the head, "don't expect miracles" , yes it does take time to see some meaningful results, it may take months before you can actually see even a little progress. If you are young your body could be very receptive to the hormones and I have seen photo' s of some on this forum that actually blew my mind! Big Grin

The general consensus of opinion is to take photo' s of yourself now so that you have comparison shots to refer to for the future. There are some members such as dear Clara who have been disciplined in this way and now have a great record to refer to. I wish I had taken a leaf out of her book Blush

Good luck in your quest, remember you are among like minded friends here!

Hugs

Hi Sarah. You'll find a load of helpful advise from the more experienced members, keep us informed on your caterpillar to butterfly change.
A Noogleberry may help your breasts, I just love feeling the swelling up after a session, and can feel a little "BOUNCE" at times, loving it.
