I'm a male with a 46A cup and bras are very hard to find for my size. I would like to go up in size to a B or bigger. How can I do that?

While I am late posting to this thread. I would also suggest using the link at the bottom of the page for the old breastnexus site. The old site mens section is full of info from the past several years. It would not be a bad idea to spend some time there.
