OMG.... LOL Be careful, or Lotus will have to move his own thread to "Time Out" status... ROFLMAO

That's Master Boobologist to you MB. LOL
Thanks for the interpretation. That helps an old fart like me to understand all the little nuggets and tidbits you bring to the forum.
I really mean it.

What like you've never tried that technique?
There's probably a published study about it lmao. Time out?, honestly I don't have an issue with that. The amount of complaints about BN becoming a porn site was pretty clear. Eve made the right call, the title is fine too (although.....adult swim sounds better than the timeout thread lol).

Thanks
, that means a lot.
The invaluable research yielded some great finds in understanding what triggers breast growth. The mountains of scientific evidence imo suggest we don't need "proprietary blends" , spend big bucks on fancy gimmicks or subject our liver to near toxic levels, (e.g. in excess of 3,000 to 12,000 mg per supplement) to get there......
Research is difficult to interpret. Finding answers means changing search tactics, like "the bio-synthesis of", or "tissue promoters/expression" you catch my drift lol.
Recently I've been reading articles from a PhD of biology named Ray Peat, here's a few paragraphs from his articles.
Quote:polyunsaturated fats and prostaglandins stimulate the expression of aromatase, the enzyme that synthesizes estrogen, aspirin decreases the production of estrogen.
Quote: The amount of estrogen in tissue is decreased when progesterone is abundant. In the absence of progesterone, tissues retain estrogen even when there is little estrogen circulating in the blood.
Quote:Estrogen is produced in many tissues by the enzyme aromatase, even in the breast and endometrium, although these are considered "target tissues" rather than endocrine glands. Aromatase increases with aging.
Quote:Estrogen is inactivated, mainly in the liver and brain, by being made water soluble by the attachment of glucuronic acid and/or sulfuric acid.

(The highlighted text are NBE points of interest).
Estrogen's concentration in a particular tissue depends on many things,
including its affinity or binding strength for components of that tissue, relative to its affinity for the blood; the activity in that tissue of the aromatase enzyme, which converts androgens to estrogen activity of glucuronidase enzyme, that converts water-soluble estrogen glucuronides into the oil soluble active forms of estrogen; and the sulfatases and several other enzymes that modify the activity and solubility of the estrogens. The "
estrogen receptors," proteins which bind estrogens in cells, are inactivated by progesterone, and activated by many physical and chemical conditions.

E2 in normal circumstance has a half life of 3 hours. E2 shifts to E1 and back to E2 again. I thought hanging on to estrogens would benefit NBE, (bad idea). PABA is one such example. The longer estrogens hang around the potential risk goes up for metabolites to foul up our system. Meaning creating estrogen dominance and increased chances of breast cancers.

Having the proper nutrients/hydration helps in this metabolic process, if you don't have that in your NBE plan it will backfire. Our liver is Estrogen receptor alpha positive, (meaning the growth receptors), bone, brain, adipose, gonads are both ER-a and ER-b responsive.
I suggest we have a thread where members entire there NBE plan and get feedback from the group (a no pressure peak so to speak). Sure, we have program pages for that, but generally those are what "you" entered. What I'm suggesting is where a plan stalls, or a beginning plan. Often times no one responds to some members plan (sad but true).
Something called like this: Check my NBE Program
Any thoughts?

I think it would be really helpful.. It is very difficult to go back to each members profile where there may or may not be a current profile, and never a statement of results. I haven't used the existing program pages but don't really want to scroll through long lists of separate postings hoping to find something informative. (On the other hand, throwing all programs into a single thread may end up being another of the extremely long threads, and those are extremely clumsy to wade through.)
If a new thread as you describe gets started up, I hope it stays focused.
