I haven't used the existing program pages but don't really want to scroll through long lists of separate postings hoping to find something informative. (On the other hand, throwing all programs into a single thread may end up being another of the extremely long threads, and those are extremely clumsy to wade through.)
If a new thread as you describe gets started up, I hope it stays focused.

Excellent point, how about this:
"Check my program (insert your name)".......each entry is a new thread, that way it's not all jumbled with different programs. The personal program sections could work right?, or would they need its own section?, of course Eve would have to approve, (creating another sub-section isn't a big deal, the nonsense is in the objection of it).

I suggest we have a thread where members entire there NBE plan and get feedback from the group (a no pressure peak so to speak). Sure, we have program pages for that, but generally those are what "you" entered. What I'm suggesting is where a plan stalls, or a beginning plan. Often times no one responds to some members plan (sad but true).
Something called like this: Check my NBE Program
Any thoughts?

I just read this thread from page 1 until here, was shocked with the part that you said good bye, but thank God you are still around to help us.
By the way with what you have accomplished so far, do you still take herbs daily? or you only do maintenance for now?

Geepers, you should get a medal for that......yeah, the leaving part was... uhm......now I can't remember
thank you Dfleurs, that was nice of you to say.
I do maintenance for the most part. Although I've tried a few new things, but for now it's about being (getting) healthier. Reducing the overall inflammation is my main focus. I have a sensitivity to strong perfumes, cigarette smoke etc, which I learned causes a reaction called gut inflammation, and as result reduces the absorption of nutrients, also impairs the liver, thyroid etc. Fatigue, cognitive function are also tied to this impairment, (caffeine too)..... what???, not my coffee AGAIN!!......caffeine also causes adrenal fatigue, so there you go right.
Other than that lol, I don't do much fluff.
A few botanicals help with the elimination of toxins from the liver, red clover, nettle root, celery seed, licorice root, a few others too.
But, I'll help with anyone's program if they so desire.
