I am looking at the spots and do not see any hair in them. It is just a black dot. There is sometimes that one pore that has two hairs growing out of it but for the most part it is a black spot. So I'm not sure if it's a consequence of ingrown hair but the black dots do not have anything underneath them.

Tend care didn't work for me still looking for a solution
