Tell me about it, old habits die hard lol. I do think Reishi is a better match for NBE over SP. From research it has reishi near 95% at blocking DHT, EPO is 80%, and those are the kind of numbers you'd see in pharma meds.

Plus the health benefits of Reishi are too numerous to list. I did find a organic coffee brand I'm going to try, the price seems responsible, has anybody ever tried this brand.

Hey Dfleurs, I get my Reishi at Swanson Vitamins. Not too bad of price. I use the liquid extract.

Also, I use Ainterol's PM extract, easier on the digestive tract and more bio available as well. Price wise, I have had a bottle of 30 ml for about 5-6 weeks. But then, I only use 3-4 drops under my tongue 3x per day.

Oh you are using the ainterol extract? Do you use the spray also? If 30ml last for 6 weeks, actually it is more expensive than the capsule rite? Have you ever used the capsule? Do you think that the extract give better growth than the capsule?
