Birth control pills (Contraceptive drugs)
Some birth control pills contain estrogen. Saw palmetto might decrease the effects of estrogen in the body. Taking saw palmetto along with birth control pills might decrease the effectiveness of birth control pills. If you take birth control pills along with saw palmetto, use an additional form of birth control such as a condom.
Some birth control pills include ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel (Triphasil), ethinyl estradiol and norethindrone (Ortho-Novum 1/35, Ortho-Novum 7/7/7), and others.
Estrogens
Saw palmetto seems to decrease estrogen levels in the body. Taking saw palmetto along with estrogen pills might decrease the effectiveness of estrogen pills.

Nope, that's going in the wrong direction, lowering androgens will up regulate E. Also, taking Fenugeek if your E-dominate is also going the wrong way.

Hi priyanka,
FG and fennel are estrogenic, FG is high on protein, part of which helps build tissue. the Diosgenin in FG upregulates progesterone. Fennel is estrogenic, saw palmetto down regulates progesterone receptors.
I think you should look at evening primrose oil, it's 80% at anti-DHT, and you only need 1000 mg a day. I'd also consider coconut oil, (taken internally), which will also builds tissue (two tablespoons daily).
Add omega 3 for lowering the inflammatory levels our body it creates, it's possible to add fenugreek in a couple of weeks, and all you need there is 2 capsules, which is 1800 mg, there's no point in taking more FG.
