Hey guys, I thought I would make a plan of my own, and stop hijacking other peoples plan pages.
What I am Currently doing,
Old
PM -500 mg tab,6 tabs,total=3000mg (9am,3pm,9pm)
SP -540mg 3x a day (9am,3pm,9pm)
Massage - 20 min massages, twice daily using a PM cream.
Calcium - 600mg 2x a day (9am,9pm)
New
PM -500 mg tab,6 tabs,total=3000mg (9am,3pm,9pm)
Massage - 20 min massages, twice daily using a PM cream.
Calcium - 600mg 2x a day (9am,9pm)
(Need to add something like SP for DHT)
Thanks in advance, and it is very nice to be part of this community of awesomness. I have never discussed this with anybody, besides my wife a year ago, and I feel happy and smile at the fact that I can do so.
So to you, booby group, I thank you.
PS, there is no chance of pics. Not until I am remotely comfortable with myself first.
