I am 45 y.o. looking for some breast growth and body feminization. I am not looking to transition and want to remain at least functional downstairs if you know what I mean. I have recently lost 20 lbs which has help tremendously (currently at 175). I have noticed some change which from what I have read is probably just swelling.
Here is what I have been taking for the past month. My goal is to keep it as simple as possible.
Morning
1200 mg Lecithin
610 mg Fenugreek
310 mg Hops
400 mg Red Clover
500 mg Maca
Noon
610 mg Fenugreek
310 mg Hops
400 mg Red Clover
Evening
585 mg Saw Palmetto
610 mg Fenugreek
310 mg Hops
400 mg Red Clover
I have been taking this weekdays then taking a break on the weekend. Some things I am considering changing are dropping the SP and increasing Fenugreek to 2 capsules instead of 1. I had been taking wild yam and dong quai as well but have dropped them already. I know PM is highly recommended, but my preference is to use what is available locally. Any suggestions to regarding what I am currently doing? or just try for a few months before making changes?
