So I've been on estradiol (biweekly injections not sure how much) and 200mg of spiro for about 7 months now and i was wondering if anyone had a regimen they used along with hrt that they thought really helped them out more.

I cannot yet say whether it is helping or hurting, but I currently am on 6mgs orally daily of E, plus 1500 mgs daily of PM along with bio identical Progesterone and Maca...I am a belt and suspenders kind of girl I guess...lol

I can't imagine what else you could be doing that would be more effective than spiro and E but for what it's worth, I'm taking 2mg E sublingually, 1mg Propecia, 2x1000mg PM and a few lesser things. I'm happy with my slow results and confident I'll keep progressing.

...On second thought, maybe something mechanical like suction or message would help.

Haha, Keri, I would be as well but that my T seems permanently tanked at levels way below those of a gg far younger than me.

Old topic but does anyone take PM with E? I've read various things about competing for receptors and possibly interfering with E by taking natural supplements like PM. Anyone taking both. I'm on a low dose of Spiro and E and thought about adding PM but wasn't sure.
