I'm already taking vitD to recover from my accident. But last time I bought it I got confused because there are three forms.Any vit d3 I ever brought comes in a gel cap with liquid inside
Water soluble(aquosum), Oil soluble and just tablets. I know that I have to choose for liquid form thats better with vitD then the pillform but which of the 2 is better, IDK. Done some research but remained unclear except for the part that liquid is better then pill.
Mines are in a dropper. But the other ones seriously came in a pill..I still have them here but dont use them often.
So your dr prescribed vit d for that car accident you had? that's interesting, what was their reason for doin it?

Oh no my doctor only prescribes crap, extreme painkillers which make you wake up in the middle off the night beeing totally paralyzed and not beeing able to turn your body around for several minutes. Its useless talking with them.
I'm prescribing myself everything thats healthy and necesarry for natural healing. Dont see a lot off other options atm, after bringing several 1000's off euro's away for no cure.

Omygod youre so in the same situation as I am. My hubby to tells me to listen to the doctors and not argue with them. I said okay I'm taking this fucking pills for 3 months and we'll see then. In the end it brought me further away then I already am. I constantly keep asking them what they see on the xray and rontgen pictures and only when I ASK them they start talking. They dont want to compare my rontgen and xrays with one I had in the past when i was fully healthy, they say you cant compare pictures
These fucking doctors are only programmed to do whats in their ''protocol book''. From the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out, No matter who you are or what happened to you, they do what they learned in their stupid book and thats all they can do for you. I am searching for an alternative doctor, and I'll go there as soon as I have the money. Yeh I learned from this accident, dont just go to a doctor, research them talk about your expectations and otherwise fuck off and dont pretend that you help me. They see me as a walking wallet over here.. well die in your crappy hospital then.:p

How much vit D are you taking daily? Im gonna look into this because im sure I read its dangerous to take too much without a supporting vit which I believe is vit K2 cause I plan to up my Vit d uptake.
And yes my hubby pops pills like theres no tomorrow, one antibiotic gave him inflamed kidneys which took two months to get over but hes never come right, and when I read the side effects to the brand they have given him, sure enough - kidney damage was a side effect.
Anyway I hear you. Theres a doc over here whos natural/conventional and does both but its serious $350 just for a consult.

Yes..but I dont know what I missed in it? I'm not often in the sun so I can use some extra supplementing with D.

A study done put most women with BC vit c deficient, it might have been most cancers in fact. Goes to show how beneficial "safe" exposure to sunshine really is
