I forgot to mention cold therapy burns fat. Wink

Cold Temperatures and Chili Peppers Help Burn Fat
http://www.livescience.com/40493-brown-f...ppers.html

What do low temperatures and chili peppers have in common? They both could help burn fat, a new study shows.

Exposure to cold and consumption of chemicals found in chili peppers both appear to increase the number and activity of so-called brown fat cells, which burn energy, rather than store it as typical "white" fat cells do, said Takeshi Yoneshiro, a researcher at Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine in Japan.

In the new study, researchers exposed eight people with little or no brown fat cells to moderately low temperatures of 63 degrees Fahrenheit (17 degrees Celsius) for two hours daily, over the course of six weeks. Compared with the control subjects, who went about their normal lives, the cold-exposed people had about 5 percent less body fat at the end of the study, and also burned more energy when exposed to cold, according to the study, which was published in August in the Journal of Clinical Investigation.

A cautionary note please: I think it's a huge mistake bottoming out T, it's the quickest way to bring about depression, additional weight (especially abdominal fat), fatigue, and estrogen dominance, a few others but you get the point.

There's a few ways to get and keep some balance, progesterone cream, (avocados), DHEA (25 mg), exercise (probably the biggest support to function). T is not the poison.........it's DHT, which is undoubtedly the biggest NBE hurdle.

So what's grab and pull? As in fat brushing into the breast then scooping breast tissue into bras? Then cold pack after massage?

I can do that!

It's very similar, in fact you and Peggy had a thread or post on it too, although I can't find it anymore. But it goes like this:

Massage
1) While in a seated position, arms rested at your side and hands on your thighs.
2) Now raise your arms (elbows) as high as you can while keeping your hands on your thighs.
3) Then slowly squeeze your arms back down to your sides while adding pressure.(As if you had a ball under your arms and your simulating squeezing that ball as hard as you can on the way back down)
4) Do 3 sets of 10 ea. (or more if you can)
(Use a ball if it works better) Wink

Another massage
Also been working this Breast massage/exercise:
* With your hand grab your breast from your side, pull it towards the center of your chest, now hold and flex for 2-3 seconds or longer if you can, repeat up to 10 times!
* Try it with your palms pushing your breasts towards the center, as if your trying to touch your nipples together, now interlock your fingers together, using your hands squeeze like a cupping motion, also flex your pec's (tighten) at the same or alternate hand/pecs....up to 10 times.

Training the pectorals, the pectoralis major and minor (the chest "pecs") are the muscles that lie directly underneath the the breasts. As these muscles get bigger, they can push breast tissue upwards and outwards, providing visual volume, and resulting in a "perkier" appearance.

I've been doing my own version of an Isometric chest contraction, but for the purpose of demonstration, follow the first part of the video. This can be done anytime, standing or sitting, that's what is so perfect about it, no weights or mats.

No equipment needed chest exercise

Nooglers might disagree on this, but imo squishy boobs are the result of no muscle growth in breast tissue (from over noogling). The muscle building that's going on from breast exercise supports the breast, otherwise you get hangers, no offense meant to anyone please.

Nutrition is something we do daily, why not add some new breast techniques to go along with that daily nutrition. Big Grin

Well, you know there are two ways to fast-1 no food, but you may drink, 2 no drink either. I did the latter, and I exercised a few hours before the breaking of fast, and I was concerned about making it through. But I did it one day at a time, and before you knew it I was done. That was the 1st time n my life that I fasted and exercised at the same time for a month. Thanks again for the knowledge of HGH. Because anytime I doubted myself if I am pushing myself too much (some of my routines were HIIT.). I reminded myself what you said about HGH. Truly applied knowledge is power. <3 POM
