Hi
would be very interested to hear every ones views on
physical strength loss if any
From people I have spoken with the strength loss range are extreme
some now cannot open a jam jar, and yet others show little or no loss,
yet some have improved as they lost weight and started exercising,
Hope to hear

Hi Julie, the only thing that I have noticed is my ability to pick up heavier objects. But noting in the hand or arm strength. (fore arms)

Julie,
We had a good discussion on this a little while back...

Loss of strength is a given, we're wondering about how it works.
The muscle mass isn't reduced the way the strength is, though - muscle mass is removed over time, strength can drop off rapidly.
To maintain strength, you need to keep working out. It's personal checks and course-correction that will get you where you want to go. Same as NBE. ;-)
The one big thing is, you won't be able to build mass too well. It's also easier to retain strength than to build it.

Probably others, too - I just grabbed a few I knew off from doing a search on "strength" in the NBE for men subforum. ;-)

I noticed some reduction of strength while taking RC and Fenugreek, opening jars and holding objects made me tired and required much more effort than usual. General fatigue was quite common as well.

I definitely noticed a loss of strength after about a month and a half on pm without any apparent muscle reduction. I don't think I lost my ability to lift things or open jars, but it was a lot more taxing. I also noticed I couldn't run as far, and it was harder to get up to speed. Maybe the estrogen/PM reduces physical energy before causing muscle loss.

I do some physical work for my employment, I would say my endurance has dropped off a little,. I also notice my motorcycle is a lot harder to pull off the side stand.
