Aerola pop

#21

Good to know you are catching up. With that sort of a break, I think it could speed up your growth. You sound like where I was at back in July.

I just thought I sort of should. Picked up a bad summer cold in mid August that hung around for weeks. I even wondered if I was having an allergic reaction to the PM.......hell I even cut way back on my favorite Vodka....Tito's!

The past week (since I've been back on pM....Hmmmm) I have to say I'm feeling pretty damn good.

I do hope to have a growth spurt in the coming months. Oh and I've had nice results with the 3 day diet and gotten as low as 207. Still working towards that goal of 200........then a run below that.

You have some nice results on your pics pages....BTW. Big Grin

Thanks Elaine, about time though. I had to stop for about 3 weeks back in June or July for a full blood panel... It set me back some, but in the last 30-45 days the growth has just jumped. I am not seeing much gain on the areola or nipple front yet.

Interesting,

it seems that the areola pop can happen in 2 ways

one like calmly and that beautiful cone shape emerges and sprouts foward
mutter, mutter , jealous , jealous

while for some the breast enlarges and areolas quickly deepen in colour and pop to almost twice the size quite quickly ?

how long does either of these 2 stages take for most ?

Don't have a clue. Although, in the last week, my budding has been painful on/off, I thought I have noticed some coning. But, it could be wishful thinking on my part.

mine, particulary my right one, gets a nice shape to it and then draws up some.

It seems to be driven by the white peony extract.

I've been taking fenugreek, red clover and flaxseed for about a month now. My left is more developed than my right, so I have only massaging my right to balance things out.

I have noticed the nipples are much more sensitive and the little bumps (Montgomery glands) around the nipple are a lot more prominent.

I measured and photographed everything last night, as I will be starting BO on Friday (also going to order PM to alternate or switch to). I'll let you know progress. I do feel a tender "nodule" on on my right side when I massage today.. hopefully that means progress or a good start.

Good luck on the BO Lana, you going to keep the rest of your program?

When you feel the small knots(nodes) and then they get bigger.....there's something going on. Smile
