Advice needed please

#1

I am 3 months into my program and up till now my development is pointy rather than round and stands out from my chest wall by a little over 1". There is no soreness or anything firm behind the nipple (is this what is meant by "budding"?) but the nipples are very sensitive and itchy (especially after the development cream has been applied) but in a nice way and they appear to be fuller than before. I don't know whether this is likely to be fat or growth and any help and advice with this would be appreciated.

That would be a sign of too much estrogen stimulation and ER-a (estrogen receptor alpha) synthesis, which elongates growth. Add progesterone cream (1/4 teaspoon applied directly) 2-3 times a week. That delivers about 20 to 25 mg.

Thank you for the advice. Could you please clarify if the 1/4 teaspoon is for each breast or divided between them. Also, is it possible to say with any degree of certainty whether the development is likely to be growth or fat? As I said previously I have no soreness or evidence of a hard pad behind the nipples. Can there be growth without going through this phase? And finally, if the development is breast tissue, is there a point of no return where this cannot be halted, and if so how will I know when this has been reached? Sorry for so many questions but I am at the start of my journey and there will possibly be a point where big decisions have to be made so any advice is much appreciated.

Some years ago i tried PM cream, with nothing else, and growth was definitely pointy. This time i have not started PM yet, but have been relying on temperature change of testes to change hormonal balance - and now development is nice and round.

When i do start PM i will do it with PC cream, exactly as Lotus suggested, to prevent tubular growth.

I am interested in how you achieve temperature change of the testes to change hormonal balance. Could you please explain more.

@berlin83 ~

I described this on my project thread at http://www.breastnexus.com/showthread.php?tid=24456

Basically, it's based on the fact that the testes produce a different ratio of T to E, depending on the temperature. More specifically, if you keep the testes warm (i.e. inside the body), there will be a greater proportion of estrogens produced relative to androgens.

So all you have to do basically is tuck them up inside and keep them there for at least your waking hours, with good undies and stretchy pants or leggings. It's quite a bit slower than something like PM, but the result is more natural.

I suspect that most here wouldn't want to wait the extra time, but i'd still suggest this technique in parallel, to achieve rounder growth and supplement your herbal program.

As you will see by the pics on page 2 of my project thread (link above), this really does work, but it took several years, with the most growth in the past 2 years. I am now going to try accelerating this with some PM.

Thanks but I'm not sure that I fancy having the nuts tucked away for that amount of time. I am currently using a "triple strength breast cream" from a UK based company with pm cream twice a day as well. Do you think that I am pushing things too fast?

To each their own, i guess. Myself, i find it more comfortable tucking all the time, and it has the advantage of allowing me to wear whatever clothes i want.

I think "fast" is rather relative. Unless you are going to have your hormone levels checked, it's somewhat hard to know if you are taking too much.

If your boobs are pointy, it's a sign that you are estrogen dominant and need to either cut back on estrogen or use more progesterone. Progesterone in almost any quantity is safe, but that's not the case for estrogen. There are definite risks of taking too much estrogen - the big ones being 'clotting' and increased risk of cancer later on.

I wince a bit when i see the quantities of PM some here are taking. I certainly don't want growth badly enough to take 2000-4000 mg/day, and have set my limit at 1000 mg/day for when i do start on PM, and i will be using progresterone cream at the same time (don't know how much yet).

To answer your question, i guess you'd need to know how much PM is in your PM cream and calculate how much PM are you getting daily. Also, what estrogens are in the other cream and in what quantity? Just add them up, if you can, and that should give you a comparison. There seems to be a consensus on this board to not exceed 4000 mg/day of PM. Personally, i would not go anywhere near that.

Hopefully Lotus, the encyclopedia, will chime in on this...

I've tried tucking but they just don't go into the body, I feel at some point there is just too much resistance and naturally hesitate pushing harder in case of damage or pain. I have managed to get one in before but was unable to do it again.

I've even tried cooling them to have them retract naturally but they just stop where I assume the canal openings are. A dull ache usually happens after a while which is not comfortable at all. I'm thinking size has some role to play in the ease or difficulty of tucking.
