I'm new, and feeling overwhelmed. I'd like a simple plan please.

Hello everyone. I posted only once a few months ago question my gender identity. That little episode ended with me deciding to pursue other avenues of self discovery. Well, I'm back.

For all intents and purposes, please call me Dana. I was born biologically male, am currently aged twenty six (as of yesterday), and have had an unshakable desire to at least partially change my sex for the past fifteen years. NBE seems like the perfect testing ground to convince me if it's something within me that needs to grow or a truly passing fancy. Either way, I need answers.

What I'm in the market for is a holistic plan that will address my feminization from all sides for the next three months or so. Complete immersion. I've had a shipment of PM and SP sitting in my closet for a few months, ready for use, but now that I finally feel ready to take the plunge, I'm wondering what else I could be doing.

Here's my current plan:

-2000 mg PM daily
-1500 mg SP daily
-Chi massage approx. 100-200 rotations 5x week
-Supple Nip use 15-20 mn / day 5x week
-visualization (10-15 mn / day 5x week, unsure of what to visualize)
-Vocal feminization 20-30 mn 5x week
-Cross Dressing/Make up use when possible
-Keto based diet/Cardio based exercise plan

Things that I'm considering and would really appreciate input on:

-Shae's warm testicle plan so as to reduce testosterone
-Reishi mushroom extract/powder as an alt to the SP
-White Peony as an alt to the SP
-Coconut oil. How much? Topically or orally?
-Forskolin?
-Intermittent fasting so as to increase HGH?
-Any other herb, technique, or approach that you think would help.

Now, I've been lurking here for four years. I've read a lot of posts and a lot of plans. This is the best I can do. So please, if you see big, glaring, gaping, gaps or unnecessary additions then please, give me the critiques I need. I know that three months isn't going to fix years of gender confusion, but right now, my entire life, relationship, and future is practically on hold until I can figure out who I am with this. So please, I need all the help I can get. Thanks for reading.

that dose of pm is a little high to start with, but should be ok as long as you don't have any negative symptoms.... headaches, muscle/joint pain or any other discomfort.

I started with SP and budding began while I was using it but the most effective antiandrogen I've tried is white peony extract. For dosing with WP follow manufacturer's instructions at the low end and ramp up if needed. It seems to kill testosterone pretty effectively so you would notice a drop in libido and 'function'.

PM and WP is all I've been using/doing for 6 months and I've been happy with it. Cautiously added progesterone this month, but doubt it is worth it until you have a bit of growth first. I spread the PM doses throughout the day rather than taking them morning and evenings.

Oh, and pro tip. Make sure you stay hydrated. Wink

I had a sneaky suspicion of this. May I ask where you get it? And I'll do my best with water. Aim for a gallon a day but it usually sits around a half. Thanks for your help Smile

Happy to help Smile reading your post, we have a similar story. Water isn't often mentioned, but besides the usual health benefits of staying hydrated, it will help protect kidneys and liver, as well as your skin. ^_^

There are several brands for sale on Amazon. I just purchased a 4 oz bottle by Hawaii Farms for around $29.00. I use it sublingually ( under the tongue for at least 1-2 min for absorbtion).

Well, thanks again. Peony has certainly gone up a notch in my consideration list, and the US site was a nice extra touch. Simple curiosity for when you have the time, how are our stories similar?

similar age, similar starting program, similar length of time dealing with our issues internally before it becomes the top priority in our lives and we finally start doing something about it even if it is just dipping our toe in the water ^_^

Hi Dana

Know that feeling of being overwhelmed all to well! But keep reading and it will start to come together for you I am sure.

I did a post a little while ago of the notes I made from my own investigations. Not a definitive list by any means but might give you a few thoughts.

Not putting myself forward as an expert, but can say this based on my own experience and what I have learned so far:

In the first couple of months take it easy and listen to your body and identify what suits you best. It is remarkable how differently people can respond... or not to these supplements. Oh, and take it easy. It's not a race!

To summarise what seems to be the current view is to control DHT and concentrate on aromatase, and if you really want to ramp it up a bit further to add something estrogenic.

Reishi works well for going after DHT.
WP for supporting aromatase.
PM as an estrogenic source.
Coconut oil is good for too many things to leave out. Topically and orally can be beneficial. Work up to 3 tablespoons.
Green tea should also be in the mix.

Agree with Ellie, especially as you are starting out would suggest keeping to 1000mg of PM total daily (2x 500mg). More can end up by being counter productive, though some do take more for specific effects. But this comes back to find out what works for you first and only then start adjusting your programme.

SP was very popular (and some are still getting good effects from it), but current understanding is that it can be ultimately counter productive.

Clearly there is a lot more that you could be including and in all probability you will add as your own experience grows. But suggest for now keep it simple and get a feel for how you respond. These are generally safe but negative reactions are not unknown so take it easy (or did I mention that ? ;-)

Thank you Huggy. That's a very well written post you have there. A couple of questions:

1. Do you personally recommend cycling? And if so, the five days on, one day off, or the three weeks on, one week off?
2. What brands of Peony and Reishi do you recommend, and where
do you get them? (On that note, does the brand of green tea
matter?)
3. How is your program coming along? Since it's so similar to the one I'd like to adopt, I'd be very interested in an anecdote or two about physical/mental changes.
