As you probably figured out, I had been using the Iowa Select. My understanding is that their problems with the FDA came about due to health benefit claims that appeared in Iowa Select's marketing materials rather than a concern about contamination. I hope that is correct, because I have been using it for about a year.

I am going to try the hawaiin farms too. Their liquid forskolin is pretty good compared to another one i had tried from a competitor. Hopefully the hawaiin farms doesnt taste foul. Does it ????

I read through some legal papers on the web filed by the FDA and it seems like their other issues with Iowa Select Herbs was that they had no written procedures or system in place for testing the raw materials they purchased or their finished product. How do you really know what concentration of herbal extracts you are supplying if you don't test anything ever? Also they didn't label what part of the plant some of the extracts were made from (root vs. leaf, ect.)
