Yes for the cycling. As for which, I would say whatever works best for you and your circumstances. From comments on here and my own experience, shaking things up makes NBE more effective and gives the body a chance to take a breather. It does seem that the three weeks/one week has the slight edge. Especially if you then switch to something to help clean and soothe the system and rebalance things.
There is a recent post about sourcing Peoney which may give you some ideas. I am in the UK and get mine from a company called Baldwins. Used them for many years and they seem consistent on quality.

Green tea. I actually spoke to a specialist about this and as long as it's genuine Green Tea (Camellia Sinensis) it's ok for our purposes.
Funny you should ask about my programme as I am currently having a play with it to try and work out which is doing what. But the simple answer is yes, it is working! Physical changes are now quantifiable. The mental side is rather more difficult to give a simple answer for, but after months of trying different things I think I may have worked out a good combo. It does seem that the mental side of things is where the process gets a lot more personal and what works for one may not work for another. If you would like to chat more, perhaps private message?
Oh, and Dcdee, once I got into a rhythm with WP and Reishi, adding coconut oil was like rocket fuel for me!! ;-)
