Staying put...

#1

Okay so I have seen huge changes in the 2+ months of taking PM daily. I've seen a lot of fat distribution to hips, thighs and butt and now my breasts are getting noticeably more swollen. If I look side on they pass as small breasts. This is more noticeable to me but I'm getting to the point where I don't want them to grow out of hand if you know what I mean? Any more and they will become noticeable under a shirt since they are getting pointy and full.

I don't mind any extra growth below the breasts, its just the breast area that I wouldn't like to grow any larger, is there a way to slow down or stop that growth while maintaining or continuing the fat distribution?

Maybe reducing the dose, otherwise, it may fade away.

Hi Stlett

General wisdom is that in the first few months it is mostly fat distribution under the influence of oestrogen. So if you want to keep what you have that will mean staying on low dose oestrogen.

A word of caution though. You cannot control where the growth will come (not much anyway). If you are getting concerned about the progress you have made, perhaps this is a good time to take stock of how you feel about what you are doing? Not trying to be negative, but re-sculpting your body is an ongoing process and taking a breather every so often to make sure you get it right, and it is right for you is a wise thing to do.

Stay healthy and happy :-)

So far I don't mind the changes, it does seem like mostly fat distribution is taking place but the breast growth feels like a combination of tissue growth and fat distribution, they are getting sore and very sensitive.

The reason I prefer the lower fat distribution over the breast growth is because my lower body was usually quite flat and skinny, not much fat. I had trouble wearing pants and sitting felt awful because of lack of cushion which fat provides. With PM the fat introduced to these areas has helped greatly, I can fit in pants much better and I feel more comfortable overall because of the extra "padding". Now its a matter of how do I keep that fat deposit and minimize breast growth since that is not what I am really looking to develop.

What is usually considered a low maintenance dose? I'm currently at 1400mg daily, would it be better to taper off that dose if I were to take a break or is it fine to stop cold turkey?

I would start with just 500mg tab a day, see if that helps. If you feel it's fading too much, then step up to 2x 500mg .

Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestions, I will lower my dose down and see how that goes. I'm expecting there to be a delayed response to the dose change.

Well I lowered my dose down to 350mg but growth is still happening, if I wear a fitted shirt, well... because I have a high chest and lower body fat, they poke out :\. I'm getting self conscious about it lol. I really would like to continue but people can be so judgmental, I even noticed a girl looking at my chest which I don't mind but makes me wonder if I look strange to people.

Hi Stlett

It doesn't always happen, but you are right when you said that there can be a delayed response when dropping a dose. Sometime even a little jump. Give it a week or so and you should have a much better idea of how you are responding to the new dose.

But in the mean time you may want to investigate some of the alternatives so should you not be getting the equilibrium you are looking for you will have a better idea of which way you would like to go? There are a LOT of options open to you.
