okay, i am researching a bit and can't for the life of me find the website that suggested to read these books but here they are:
"Our Stolen Future" by theo colborn, dianne dumanoski, and john peterson myers
"Healthy Living in a Toxic World: Simple Ways to Protect Yourself & Your Family from Hidden Health Risks" by Cythina Fincher
"What your doctor may not tell you about premenopause" by john lee md, also suggested by a user on here
And "silent spring" by rachael carson, this one i added to the list as it is discussed in some intros to the other books so i figured it was probably worth reading.
I just picked up "our stolen future" to read from the library, was going to grab the one by john lee, but it was on hold for someone by the time i got there. I haven't read these books yet, but will be starting today. I think that they will be helpful in eliminating potential items in day to day life which may be affecting my estrogen load. Hope this helps someone. Sorry, I'm a book worm so I like to read and research, lol!

Your research is helpful to me because I want to know about xenoestrogens but I have no idea for it's knowledge so I got the book names and now I starting to read this books and gets the information about it.

I think i have some thing you people i havent read from some book but it is my personal search that Xenoestrogens are novel, industrially made compounds, that have estrogenic effects and differ chemically from ancient, naturally occurring estrogenic substances produced by living organisms. Their potential ecological and human health impact is under study.
As a heterogeneous group of chemicals that are hormonally active agents, xenoestrogens are similar to other estrogens , such as phytoestrogens (estrogenic substances from plants) and mycoestrogens (estrogenic substances from fungi, which can be considered as one type of mycotoxin). Xenoestrogens include pharmacological estrogens (estrogenic action is an intended effect, as in the drug ethinyl estradiol used in contraceptive pill), but other chemicals may also have estrogenic effects. Xenoestrogens have been introduced into the environment by industrial, agricultural and chemical companies and consumers only in the last 70 years or so, but archiestrogens have been a ubiquitous part of the environment even before the existence of the human race.The sex ratios are female biased because xenoestrogens interrupt gonadal configuration causing complete or partial sex reversal. When comparing adjacent populations of white sucker fish, the exposed female fish can have up to five oocyte stages and asynchronously developing ovaries versus the unexposed female fish who usually have two oocyte stages and group-synchronously developing ovaries. Previously, this type of difference has only been found between tropical and temperate species

Well I did purchase Eric Carlson's vegan bodybuilding ebook and he listed the top 5 vegan protein sources as peanut butter, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds. His daily meal plan included 8 small meals, including SIX soy protein shakes, containing 30g of soy protein and oatmeal several times a day
