Since it's bloody cold over here I was thinking of buying a hoodie to keep the new assets warm and cosy
Pondering between a male or female one and was wondering whether a female one would have a larger chest area and if it would fit ok ?
Any thoughts or experience ?

Most hoodies are gender neutral, so unless you buy a fitted female hoodie you should be good. ( fitted hoodies for larger females are more forgiving than slimmer ones.)

be sure to try on ,have a couple jacket type hoodies from hanes and danskin there sized differently example a large in men's is xl in women's . the difference in chest/waist area is minimal less then inch between men's/ women's sizes . the women's jackets are softer and offer prettier color options

I do like the fitted feel of the women's version. The only problem I had with the fitted, extra large, I bought (I would buy a medium or large in a man's) was in the arms. My arms are very thin for a guy but the women's hoodie didn't allow for a long sleeve shirt under the hoodie. And even my wrist (7inches) is 1 inch larger in circumference than my wife's wrist. So it would seem more than muscle is involved in the size of our arms.
Definitely try them on or buy online from a local store so you can return without any trouble if there is an issue.

Being from the usually cold northeast, hoodies are a staple of the casual wardrobe.
I prefer a hoodie over a sweater or sweatshirt any day. The question is: zipper front or pull over?
I like the zipper front, so it doesnt mess up my hair :p
