Well Lotus, I actually use Lemon oil. I add it to my spring water every morning and it must do wonder for me because the way I feel during the day. I've been drinking it since we talked about in 2014 or 2015, I don't remember when, who knows maybe it was 2013. Time flies.
And Jannet, you are right lemon juice by itself is tough to drink, but if you add some honey and water to it then it's fine, and I think straight lemon juice is actually too rough for stomach. But above all DO NOT take too much PM or for that matter anything too much. Lotus, I do not remember when and where you warned against use of too much PM, and the troubles that follow. I wish people will understand that the total health consciousness is the key to a healthy long term boobies. POM

Lol Lotus, this had become a very expansive thread. Is there any chance to get an updated version of all this wisdom in a condensed layman's version in here or in a project x (xtra thread)?. With ovr 300 pages, Gone With the Wind reads like a comic book compared to finding all your findings spread out . I know its a daunting task.

I've done more digging on PM too, (nod to xxd, he'll know what I mean). For instance, I still have an issue with my eye from when I used BO, (pressure and excess tear duct flow) it messes with me vision, aye!. (Plays tricks on me, e.g. typing lol) anyways.......I find that PM induces expression of the enzyme CYP1B1, which is active in many tissues, including structures of the eye.

Pm induces the expression of the enzyme CYP1B1 (which is explained as follows)

The function of the CYP1B1 enzyme in the development of the eye is unclear, but it may play a role in forming structures at the front of the eye and may also be involved in a process that regulates the secretion of fluid inside the eye.

CYP1B1 was induced by deoxymiroestrol, in which the gene expressions were time- and concentration-dependent patterns compared to those of estradiol.

Now, I also see this as an explanation of the optic migraines (jannet and others), which lead to glaucoma. Hint, I believe this has already been seen in a few cases here.

miroestrol and deoxymiroestrol might affect hepatic P450 enzymes, including the CYP2B9 and CYP1A2 P450 isoforms. More on this upcoming: it'll surprise you (about PM)

So, if I catch or boil down the $15 words, your suggesting that PM would or could cause irreparable damage to eyes???? So then, we are screwed either way we go... Pharma E can cause cancer's, DVT and promote other nasty's ..

Time for an update, in terms of growth?, maybe slight growth, 13.5in right 13.29in left. Btw, I still get sore boobs, (like the feeling from new growth). I think that's from the symmetry changing though.

I'm saying you'd better note any changes to ones health on PM, it has the potential just like estradiol would have in the eye. (Misty, myself, jannet, others too have had issues with our eyes).

It is not well understood how defects in the CYP1B1 enzyme cause signs and symptoms of glaucoma. Recent studies suggest that the defects may interfere with the early development of the trabecular meshwork, which is a network of mesh-like canals that helps drain excess fluid from the eye. If fluid cannot be drained, pressure inside the eye may increase, which is characteristic of glaucoma.
