I have seen that many of you are using MSM.....I have read incredible things about it and have started taking it....wondering what benefit it has in our pursuit of NBE......if someone could let me know please

Technically, this isn't an herbal supplement, but a synthetic supplement.

MSM will not directly affect breast growth, however, when combined with things that do the fact that it helps to increase your bio-available sulfur will improve results. It should also help with generally healthier skin, nails, and hair, for visible effects, as well as just general well-being due to modern "food" simply not providing enough sulfur nowadays.

Two reasons why I am taking MSM.

1. I have joint issues
2. It helps the body accept hormones, nutrients and EFA's.

Both, imo, worthy reason's. I do think that I have had a sudden burst of growth in the last 2 months. Is it the MSM?? Dunno, but I'll take it.

My arthritic hips feels a little better... So in short, I am going to continue to use it...

Yes, it should also be good for joints in general and arthritis if you have that problem.

I have been using MSM for about 6 weeks now, and it has seemed to help my knee's (too much football) and my hip. As far as NBE, not sure how to quantify. But, I have been in a growth spurt the last 2 months.
