Norepinephrine

purpose : arousal/ & weight loss(read whole article an effects in brown adipose tissue)

available on Amazon (14.99/bottle)

"The general function of norepinephrine is to mobilize the brain and body for action. Norepinephrine release is lowest during sleep, rises during wakefulness, and reaches much higher levels during situations of stress or danger, in the so-called fight-or-flight response. In the brain, norepinephrine increases arousal and alertness, promotes vigilance, enhances formation and retrieval of memory, and focuses attention; it also increases restlessness and anxiety. In the rest of the body, norepinephrine increases heart rate and blood pressure, triggers the release of glucose from energy stores, increases blood flow to skeletal muscle, reduces blood flow to the gastrointestinal system, and promotes voiding of the bladder and large intestine"

Maybe a lobbying group to ask our goverment to pay for transition as a co pay in all health plans.

that is probably a question best for another thread, as the answer is somewhat lengthy and psychologically driven . Smile

CARVACROL

this is a BIT over my head in all the medical jargon, but perhaps someone can sort this one out. Has to do with the chemical found specifically in oregano oil and thyme oil, it "appears" to be an AA or downregulator in something that prevents the the expression of hair follicles. if not a strict aa then perhaps it is a partial one, though in one person's reply on the second website listed, it may be too strong on its own and need a carrier oil (jojoba oil or another light, non-greasy oil).

Celery

DHt blocker, aphrodisiac , blood pressure regulator;

I saw a few sites, regarding Celery extract, celery seed, and regular celery stalks having some health benefits, including dht blocker.

this site which makes a DHT blocker also has it as an ingredient:
http://www.delgadonaturals.com/dht-blocker/

Ingredients:
Proprietary Blend 730 mg Cabbage - POWDER (Brassica oleracea var. capitata) Astragalus Root (Astragalus membranceus) Tumeric Root (Curcuma longa) DIM -(3,3'-Diindolylmethane) Parsley Extract (Petroselinum crispum) 4:1 Broccoli sprouts 5 to 1 Extract (Brassica oleracea var.italica 0.4% glucosinolates) Celery Extract (Apium graveolens) 4:1 Rosemary Extract (Rosmarinus officinalis) 4:1 Pomegranate (Punica granatum L.) Sesame Seed Sesame oil (Sesamum indicum) POWDER *Beta-sitosterol non soy, from pine

(this is not intended as an advertisement for them, I wanted to point out list of potential DHT inhibitors for future reference.)

though I have also seen a numerous amounts of websites that say celery seed is good for boosting testosterone.. leaves a bit of a quandary Huh

Thunder's place comes up a lot (penis enhancing site).

a bit more about the often maligned diet food :
http://www.naturalnews.com/024596_celery_juicing.html

fun fact about celery: it takes more calories to chew a stalk of celery than the celery itself possesses.
