Erm no ... Don't do that. As well as it being a serious health issue, I do recall it being mentioned that the oil has little or no estrogenic value. The seed themselves hold the NBE value.

The oil is generally used for its omega 3 (?) value, and as an oil for massaging the Brest tissue.
