How long should i keep them on so i can see permanent change?

It's a gradual process. Break them in slowly. I didn't wear mine every day and rarely for more than a couple of hours a day. I began to notice change after a month or two. It's been around six years since I first used them and my nipples are permanently enlarged now by 5 or 6 times. The cheapest way to larger nipples!

For me it was a few months. I try to do them both daily and have been for about 3 months. When they're flaccid it's marginal, when erect it's more noticeable. Good luck!

I wear mine for 2 to 3 hours daily. After 4 or 5 days of this they get sore. Then I take a day or 2 off for the soreness to go away. That's my routine. In a couple of months you'll notice change. If you want larger nipples, it's money well spent. Good luck!
