I am looking for some advice regarding the use of DIM with PM. On Barlowes website they recommend the combination for females. What about for males? I searched the forum and found some info from lotus regarding DIM and how it removes the bad estrogens but promotes the good estrogens.

I have belly fat that Id like to lose and worry that the PM may just be adding to it.

Anyone else use DIM and PM together?

I do. It's one of those things you have to rely on biologists that says it helps that way. (getting rid of excess and bad estrogen's). Like buying an insurance policy, just in case.
