If you look at my follicly challenged thread, I use an oil based Progesterone, mostly on my head, but once every 3 days on my chest.

Its supposed to help you fill out.

Im thinking of dropping vitex for white peony but Apparently swansons dont want ship progesterone cream or peony to canada. So I guess I gotta look for a real supplier.

I use http://www.hawaiipharm.com for white peony. Sometimes amazon.com has it.

I would stay away from anything containing saw palmetto.
