I just started taking wp last Thursday and have been getting slight headaches and a sort of brain fog whIle on it. Has anyone else experienced this.

I was checking Google and they say aa's can cause flu like symptoms. so maybe it's just that this is my first time using one in my program in the past I've only used pm

I do not recall having headaches on WP, I did have them when I first started PM thou.

I would try only 2 times a day, see if that helps, then go back to 3 times a day after a month or so.
