On bird preparation (and other traditions, lol) followed for thanksgiving?, like is brining, basting, frying, oven cooking, giblet gravy, etc. preferred?.
One thing for certain, the alcohol is flowing today.

We smoked our turkey this year.
It was delicious. I'm stuffed.
