Will drinking regular milk or soy milk help in growing boobs? I currently do the chi massage Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays before bed and will add in the female deer massage next month.

I believe that soy is rich in phytoestrogens. Don't know whether
it'll help us grow boobs, but it couldn't hurt. Plus, I like the taste of it.

Soy is weak on the scale of phytoestrogens. Pueraria Mirifica is a thousand times more powerful than soy, and much safer. We used to look at soy products as an NBE agent but science has shown that it is quite the little cancer causer. I do not recommend using any soy products.

Gamer Guy,
I did not know that. I'm on PM anyway, but I'll stop the soymilk.
Thank you.

Oh ok well I definitely don't want cancer so no soy milk for me. What foods would be good for breast growth?
