... is that the skin comes in touch with the fabric that will then "hang" from your skin. The immediate effect is that you are much more aware of all the feelings on your chest and it feels like having more weight pulling down.
The feeling is that the breasts feel bigger sooner.

I thought I would just drop this here for those that are uncertain if to shave their chest or not.
