Has anyone here done the whole omg I have slight breasts I gotta stop before I get too noticeable. Just to stop and start days weeks months later. Just to stop and start stop and start etc. I use natureday and the growth is very rapid vs pm waiting months years etc so the effects and results for me are not a slight ache and later I have puffy areolas as nd doesn't chemically alter you like that but it is more like 2weeks on cream or soap and now my chest is larger and tissue is definitely there.
I'm 30 with a wife whom I love but I can't help but feel completely addicted to having bigger breasts. Wish I knew how to post pics to show off to see if they are getting as noticeable as I feel they have especially in my fitted shirts. I'm 5 11 175lbs so my chest I feel has now become from larger pecs to projection of breasts and causing the crease in my shirts now and the breasts not lifting when I lift my arms as they stay where the glands have expanded well.
So here I am day whatever since I told myself yet again were done this is it and it's getting too far before it was whatever but anymore of this and you will start causing attn to yourself. At 30 I'd love kids and don't want to embarrass anyone of them one day or others in with. Being a male with female breasts induced vs naturally grown from meds etc how do you cope? I'm not a guy who is 8th and suppressing things in being honest in is there an addiction here or fantasy going wrong.

I think that we are more or less at the same point you and I. I am in my late 30s and I have a 1 year old kid that I don't want to embarass.
Still, I keep going on and off PM, purging a few times and always restarting.
Yesterday I noticed a new puffiness in my areolas and I am scared/excited that my plan to stop before my chest looks too feminine will not work.

The short answer is that these feelings will never ever go away.
My advice would be to go to a gender therapist. Talk out our feelings and maybe get some guidance.
This site is littered with stories just like yours, and I dont remember any that ended with "I'm gonna never wear dresses and quit taking herbs to grow my breasts".
Sorry for the bad news but its time to have a heart to heart with yourself, wife or therapist.

No doubt many have. If not when one starts to notice results, even more so when you sense others are starting to notice as well.

Even without a wife/gf/SO or kids, one can still be susceptible to feeling like you're embarrassing others, or oneself.

Is this really what I want for myself and why? If this were primarily an addiction to a fantasy, would I still want this for myself knowing that?

Thanks y'all. Happy, I have been to a therapist did several sessions and she concluded minor dysphoria but did not believe I was trans at all and I have to agree. I know many here come here and a year later they are like I am woman hear me roar and I applaud that and am ample in advocating for lgbt but I am certain I am not trans. I used to wear make up and would feel gross I'd put on nall polish and felt so out of touch I'd wear clothing and just go this aint you bro. I have a fem side I'm in tune to but being a female nahhh not even a discussion at this juncture in life.

Thats great that you have been to a therapist and you know where you are. If you have no desire to dress of to feminize then grow your breasts until you are happy with there size, enjoy them and then go about doing your boy things until you feel the urge to work the boobs. You dont have to go to DD's. Give them a massage once in a while and find a size your comfortable with.
Then you can enjoy both parts of your life. and keep Mr Happy Happy.
