Hi all. I am posting this here in case someone has the same stupid idea I had.
I keep my PM at work (250mg concentration 10:1 that should be the equivalent of 2500mg powder). I usually take the pill of PM in the morning after breakfast.
Last Friday I took some home for the weekend and, since PM seems to work better at night, I decided to take one on Friday evening (after already having had one on the morning). This is like taking 5000 mg of powder in one day. Result: weakness, constipation and blocked digestion for two days.
I didn't put 2 and 2 together so on Monday too I took 2, one AM and one before dinner. Result: every single bone and joint in my body hurts still now on Thu.
PM at 250mg (10:1) has otherwise no bad effects on me, so I definitely blame these symtoms on the quantity.
Bottom line: do not exceed the amount your body is ready to take. 5000mg of PM is a stupidly high amount, and probably useless too, so be careful and don't rush.
