Overdosing on PM? (Lesson learned)

Hi all. I am posting this here in case someone has the same stupid idea I had.
I keep my PM at work (250mg concentration 10:1 that should be the equivalent of 2500mg powder). I usually take the pill of PM in the morning after breakfast.
Last Friday I took some home for the weekend and, since PM seems to work better at night, I decided to take one on Friday evening (after already having had one on the morning). This is like taking 5000 mg of powder in one day. Result: weakness, constipation and blocked digestion for two days.
I didn't put 2 and 2 together so on Monday too I took 2, one AM and one before dinner. Result: every single bone and joint in my body hurts still now on Thu.

PM at 250mg (10:1) has otherwise no bad effects on me, so I definitely blame these symtoms on the quantity.

Bottom line: do not exceed the amount your body is ready to take. 5000mg of PM is a stupidly high amount, and probably useless too, so be careful and don't rush.

Just did a quick search and found products said to be 10:1 concentrate with suggested dose of up to 1g per day! So it's wise to experiment carefully with any new product. What brand are you using anyway?

Oxford vitality 250mg 10:1 .

I've always had my doubt about concentrations and their ability to deliver, but I must say that these pills work. I haven't tried more than 1500mg / day with powder but these from OV really seem to be acting faster than that, so maybe the 10:1 is actually realistic and I am taking the equivalent of 2500 mg / day powder.

I also noticed that with these pills I have no testicular pain and sex drive hasn't decreased.
Still, if I take 2 per day I turn into a wreck Sad

When I was on Ainterol's liquid, I found that about 1500 to 2000mg equivalent was about right for me..

for concentrates, I find it best to get dried herb straight from a reputable source in thailand and prepare the extract yourself.  supplements are largely unregulated and what you are getting may be well above or below what is listed on the label.  When made yourself, you always know.

Alcohols are great for extracting plants into.  I use vodka for extracts that I will use orally, and isopropyl for transdermal applications.  to concentrate your extracts further just allow some of the alcohol to evaporate after you strain them
