I replied to a personal email from a new user tonight, I thought I would share some of the email with you all.

As you have noticed ( I am sure ), my post count has been fairly slim the past few months. I have switched to full HRT to continue with my journey. At some point in the near future, I will be living full time.

One thing to keep in mind, think of these herbs as a gateway drug. It's possible to get hooked on the feeling ( pink fog ), and to want ( need ) more. In the end, it consumes your whole life, your dreams, your waking hours.

Good luck on your journey.

Hi Jannet and welcome back.
So is are the gateway drugs (herbs) a good thing or a bad thing?

I would say, it's good if you want to test the waters ( so to speak ). Without having to explain to much to your significant other, and risk your marriage for a journey you may decide not to follow through on.

Some I see are more than happy just to stay on herbs, however, I am supprised on how many of us over the years have eventually gone full HRT.

Welcome Back!
I have been working with my therapist weekly on who I am. She says I definetly meet the requirements to be considered GD, but she has yet to refer me out to  reach my goal of HRT. I really just want to be under a Dr's care rather than self medicating myself with PM and the like.i feel positive and relieved to be considered GD, yet frustrated that I cannot move forward yet. And I continue to self medicate........with herbals that is.
