o.k.. I found this little desktop utility about last November. It's a free neat little thing. You input the date, all the measurements from your body, medications and comments. That way, you keep track of your progress or lackof progress.
I thought some might want to peek and see. Let me set the stage. I started to see a therapist in Sept or Oct or 16. Not so much to confirm my gender ID crisis, but maybe to get a handle and understanding, and yes, maybe a cure.....
I also started with a Gender Specialist about Mid December of 16. So, bearing in mind I am on small doses of E, P, Finn and Spiro... I think I have made decent progress till now.
But, you be the judge, and look yourself at the data.
As always, comments encouraged, liked . Just be nice! LOL

Unfortunately, I can't make out any of the informationm in the log. THe text is way to small, and when I tried to enlarge it it completely ruined the image and it became even more unreadable.

Nice numbers Aria!
I'm guessing that Chest is the upper bust measure, Bust is across the nipples, and rib cage is the Band.
looking at your last thigh measurement you'll soon have to change your name to thunder thighs!
Weight lose is excellent!

Just had my bi-monthly appointment with my GD today. He had blood workup done, so like in a few days, I will have a snapshot of my E, P and TT numbers,. The doctor said he definitely sees a big difference in my body shape and breasts. I think he's curious what the numbers are. Stay tuned, I will post results when they get to me.
O.K. all... I don't have my blood panel results yet, I just had them drawn yesterday. But, I did ask my GD a few questions that I had and seen asked or talked about here. So, below is is pasted my questions with the Doctor's answers in red. Hopes this help. This particular doctor was or is on the advisory board that sets the standards of medical care for the LGBQ T populations...
Things to Ask my GD
1. I have noticed, at times, what appears to be “white heads” on my nipple. What is it, what causes it or is it something not to be concerned about when they appear?
Answer: Your glands are starting to mature. And it’s a way to open the passages up
2. Is there any vitamins, or supplements that may help with the end results of HRT?
Answer: None that I am aware of.
3. Are there any to stay clear of, other than St. Johns Wort?
I did not ask this question.
4 Am I at the highest dosages of HRT that you feel comfortable prescribing for me?
Answer: Let’s get a blood test done for all hormones and make sure your potassium is still in the safe zone.
5. Would “tucking the boys” help with Estrogen/Testosterone ratio?
Answer: Aesthetics is the only reason to tuck. It does nothing to stop testosterone from being produced.
6. Would Green Tea be of any benefit for breast growth and general health?
Answer: Green Tea is great for general health, especially slowing cancer. But nothing has been proven for HRT.
7. I’ve noticed, at times, having a lot of “pre-cum” wetness for no reason. Is that normal?
Answer: Your body is in flux, it’s trying to find a balance. It just means that HRT is starting to reprogram your body.
I hope this helps everyone with some of the same questions. It might be fun, if maybe a couple of other Gurls would do the same so we can compare the answers???
