Hello a little about myself before the questions  48 yrs old, had a little gyno to start .ok   i started taking sp and fenugreek about mid august just started taking pm about 2 weeks ago
dosages are 1 cap 450mg  sp,  1 cap 610mg  fen  3 times a day and was taking 100mg of pm 3 times a day but switched to barlowe,s 550mg just 1 a day.
i have really nice sized buds wear a 42 b or c cup depending on type of bra .

 i would like to know why my boobs get big and then  shrink  over night or sometimes even the same day  im talking 1/2 to 1 inch around bust and volume seems smaller too.

when and for how long should i take a break ?

mood swings are gone ,thinking seems clearer, calmer and not as fidgity  are or will these changes be permanent?
