Starting a new program. Feminization and small breasts Input and comments?

#1

So I started and stopped once before. No real growth as it was to short.

Goals are a feminin body but I don’t want breasts.

So I’m starting a simplified routine that I can follow easily.

Here it is.

SP 500mg evening.

Reishi 800mg evening, 400mg mornings.

Fenugreek 610mg evening.

PM 500mg evening, maybe adding 500 mornings.

MSM 1200mg daily
Chondroitin 1200mg daily
Glucosamine 1500mg daily
Multivitamin daily.
D3/K2 daily

The last 5 are my daily health and joint. I am currently cutting weight slowly with HIT and card, skating and yoga.

Your body, especially downwards from your waist, is so feminine. What is your height and weight?

As of today 175lbs and I’m 5’9-1/2.

I’m eating clean and doing lower body HIIT daily and a 20 min daily stretch ( I’m 12”
From the splits).

I intend to get the weight off
But keep the hips and ass.

The one thing I need to find is HIIT for the upper body.
Haven't ever found a program, I think because most assume that HIIT for the upper body would be detrimental to guys (reduce size more than build it), and build more for the women than they want (even if it would reduce mass on guys.)

Best of luck, you're looking good!

? I found lots on you tube. Rember the goal of HIIT is to target large muscle groups, that keep burning fat long after your done working out. The largest groups are legs and gluteal.

I prefer yoga, and a really good daily stretch to tone the upper body.

Coming from a weight lifting background, I've always preferred weights...
Also, since I was assaulted as a kid in school, I don't like looking femme at all, WRT being out in the world. Femme = weak; you understand? If I were passable, it would be a whole different thing, of course.  :-(
But I'm learning I need to deal with these problems, instead of just push them off. The weight must go anyway, the weights... Well, I can do strength training, maybe. Strong women exist (E.G., Dani Shugart, or even Danae Kroc, for us.)

Now, I'm finding that yoga would be GREAT for me, but I also have a ridiculous schedule: up at 6, make it to work before 8, leave HOPEFULLY before 8...
And I'm not a morning person. If I could manage getting up at 4, it would be solved. But since I can barely fall out of bed at 6...  ;-)

Hopefully the project can be finished sometime this year (literally.) Meantime, I'm thinking it's time for me to leave. The tools are blocked, the tutorials for the tools are blocked, the budget is non-existent for training, and the schedule is ridiculous. I have to break a rule every day just to keep the team working...   And the boss turns a blind eye (no risk on his part.)
Even when he knows it's happening, he won't FIX the problem, and I can't - I don't have the authority.

Anyway - Maybe by end of year I'll get my stuff repaired and Get Out. Got a few things to tie up here, then I'll have things to tie up elsewhere anyway...

If I can drop 10 pound of fat by then, it would be awesome.
Made it back to the gym tonight. They don't have 15 pound weights....  The program I've been using calls for 10 #, 15#, and 20# weights, in a pyramid scheme. So...  I did the exercises at 20# tonight, tired of doubling up the 10# and a 5# in each hand.  Good for the grip, risky. I HAVE 15# dumbbells, but carrying everything across the courtyard? I run out of hands.  ;-)

ANYWAY...  I want to start using the Element Yoga for weight loss program. Good program...  Hell on the Central Nervous System. If I do it once a week, I should be OK, especially if I do some lighter workouts, the weightlifting workouts, and some cardio on the off days. (I hate cardio....  I NEED cardio....   :-(   )

When the breasts actually bounce more than the belly, that's milestone 1. ;-)
IF...
But there are two concerns...
First one is, I want to find a (good) woman to enjoy life with...  (Had more than enough of the other kind.)  So, this interest tends to put them off...  :-P
But in the mean time, so does the belly, and the stress levels. So, I'll handle them in parallel. Meantime, I want to get an epilator and take off the fur...  Shaving is too short-term.

Anyway, I'm rambling. I need to get to a few other things tonight, so I'll get back to that fun stuff.
