New here and a few questions.

#1

Hello nice to meet you all, I'm new here and I'm almost close to purchasing PM (Barlowes) to experiment for 3 months only. Due to circumstances, I wish to remain male so I got some questions and concerns to clear up my confusion before I take the plunge.

1)I'm planning to just take PM, no other supplements. How much of PM alone will effect on the body and breast if i started 550mg on the first week and 1100mg afterwards for 3 months?

2)I have concerns about my genitalia shrinking because of PM, will 1100mg do that? Will my size return if I stop taking PM? Is it perm?

3)There is also the concern of perm impotency/infertile. How do I avoid it? 3 months won't destroy it right? Should I be taking breaks if so how long?

Thank you so much.

Hi
Dosage sounds good

You may find that pm at first will shut down function and libido, then body acclimatises and it all comes back

If in doubt do a month off which keeps everything working

I am hard and frisky all the time, growing breasts and can manage too keep wife happy any time

3 months only you should be fine in fact after you stop PM  everything will return to normal after awhile so to be honest.
You will be wasting money if you want breast it will take longer than 3 months to get any of the breast tissue to even grow out and just barely even there doing the light stuff.
My Advice save your money unless you want to be a female then go all out with everything.

Sorry bambi
Totally do not agree

Many people take pm for short and long term mental benefits

You do not have to be full female anything

This is what this forum is about

it is said that anything up to 3 months is reversible, in fact it`s often used as a diagnostic tool to establish someones transness by the gatekeeprs.

of course, What you use it for and How and for how long is entirely up to you though! Big Grin

PM stands for Pueraria Mirifica. You see the need for shorthand?? Big Grin Big Grin

@Shots

From a person that took PM continuously for only 3 months and has been off for 1 and 1/2 months now (me):
During the 3 months you will notice small changes and you will feel weight on your chest. Depending on your body shape it will be more or less obvious. Overweight people don't see it as much, thin people notice it earlier.
You will gain weight, that's one of the side effects of PM, and the fat will deposit between your belly (man style) and chest and tummy (female style).
This doesn't mean that in 3 months you'll have an A cup from nothing. It only means that the process of growing breast tissue will start and, along with very little actual breast tissue, your fat will give you the idea of growing breasts.
Depending on your dosage, if you stop PM after 3 months you will retain little of the little you grew. The main reason is that the aquired weight and shape will mostly be fat and you will most certainly lose weight (I lost 5 KG in the first 10 days after stopping PM). If (big IF) you went through budding and managed to grow some actual tissue then a bit of the shape will remain, but it's not anything that anyone would call "boobs" on a man's chest. I went to a beach holiday 6 weeks after stopping and noone had nothing to say. The little shape I had left was similar to the pictures in my threads.

So, if you want to try PM for 3 months go ahead without too many fears, but keep in mind all the possible side effects like blood cloths, fatigue, loss of libido, weight gain!

Thank you for the replies. As like some of you said, I want these 3 months to as a experiment/tool to figure out where's the line I should or should not cross.  I'm a closet crossdresser and do have doubts and thoughts regarding my mindset.

And Shirazm, thanks for your experiences, gaining weight is also one of my other fears as I do not excercise. My body doesn't look fat nor chubby but my weight according to BMI dicates slight overweight.

But recently my doctor told me to cut down my portion intake and due to some circumstance I have to start excercising. Hopefully I don't gain too much weight.

Although 3 months is a common experiment timeframe, you will possibly know your answer far before then.

I did get a bit of a loss of libido initially when I went up to 1000mg, and stopped for awhile mostly because of this, but after I went back on PM it didn't go away, though I mostly just have only stayed at 500mg, but my libido is different somehow. I think it's more like how a cis woman is, I like sex, but I don't need it like I felt I used to. It's more of a want than a need and it's wonderful.

Why don't you exercise?
